Sumptuous gothic style velvet skirt with 'scalloped' hemline decorated with dainty brss 'bells'.It has a side zip fastening and back elastication,the fabric does have some stretch for comfort.There is seam detailing which is highlighted with brocade in the same colour as the skirt to enhance the sweep.
